The Corran Singers Entertaining The Crowd
Laugharne castle was over run with visitors on Saturday for St. Martins Church's annual fete. Crowds enjoyed the glorious sunshine and were provided
with home made scones and tea. There were a number of stalls including a creperie and ice cream stand. Reverend Brownridge officialy opened the fete
at 2p.m. accompanied by the mayor and Portreeve of Laugharne. Entertainment was provided by the Corran singers. Cadw had granted special
permission for the fete to take place at the castle. Reverend Brownridge gave a vote of thanks to Cadw and the church community for making the fete
such a success.
